Returns and Exchanges

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

We’re confident you’ll love our products once you open your package. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. 

You change your mind, no problem. We offer quick and easy returns for all customers up to 30 days from receipt of order

Please just follow these steps:

1. Let us know - just email us at info@sistersshine.com quoting your order number and reason for the return.
2. Post the item back within 30 days after receiving your order, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
3. Please note that there will be a 8 USD charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
4. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the return ASAP.

Please note we can’t offer returns on sale items. This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. *This does not include your 10% newsletter sign up code.

WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY ?

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).

Please just follow these steps:

1. Let us know - just email us at info@sistersshine.com quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size or item you’d like instead.
2. Post the item back within 30 days after receiving your order, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
3. Please note that there will be a 8 USD charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
4. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll send you the replacement item within 3-5 business days, at your cost.
