You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 3 to 4 business days to process in addition to shipping estimates (see below).

Please note that this may vary during busier high-volume times such as sales, promotions or Christmas.  

All our orders are shipped with Canada post (tracking provided). Costs are calculated at checkout and your total will be posted before finalizing your order.

Sister's Shine Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the courier.

If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days (of your order being placed), or if you have any other questions related to your order status please contact us via email at info@sistersshine.com.

We ship to USA, Canada and Morocco. Worldwide shipping is coming soon.

You change your mind, no problem. We are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a store credit. Our store credit is valid for 12 months after the issue date and can be redeemed towards any full-price or sale items across our website. Please check all details on Returns and Exchanges.

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out). Please check all the details on Returns and Exchange.

Wow! We hardly ever miss a fault slipping through our strict quality control. If we did, contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it up for you ASAP!

Just apply within 14 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the costs (including return shipping).

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Paypal, and Shop pay.

Shop Pay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. Shop Pay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. Shop Pay lets you buy now and pay over time!
Why would I use Shop Pay? By using Shop Pay, you can split your Sister's Shine purchase in 4, interest-free payments instead of paying for your purchase all at once.

To sign up, all Shop Pay needs to know is your name, address, date of birth, Canadian or US mobile number and a Canadian or US debit or credit card.

Shop Pay splits up your payment purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Most of the items in our Sister's Shine store are eligible for purchase through Shop Pay

*Not every order is approved for Shop Pay. Shop Pay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you do not have this available at the time, then the order won’t process normally.

At checkout, choose Shop Pay as the payment option to be prompted to sign up through their website.

All Sister's Shine 14K gold plated pieces are protected with an anti-tarnish barrier. In order to maximize the life of your jewelry, we suggest following the Care Instructions.
